Super Mario 64 for the N64 is known as the 3rd best Mario game of all time, but Super Mario 64 DS for the Nintendo DS is a good/bad game. It is basically a remake of the original, changed to be more playable on the DS. Instead of just Mario, there are also options to play as Yoshi, Luigi and Wario.

In November 2004, the Nintendo DS and two other games (which were Metroid Prime Hunters and Super Mario 64 DS) was released. Those were pretty good games at the time. The DS games were put in cards and on the bottom, the DS had a Game Boy Advance slot, so you can play games like Super Mario Advance and Sonic Advance for the GBA, and is also used for some accessories for some DS Games The DS resembled the GBA SP in many ways. It had a new feature of a small pen called a Stylus that is used to control games that use the bottom touch screen. More >
